Usage:
1. Mixing:
Mixed the mian ink , stirring for 10-15 mins .
2. Treatment before printing:
1) Wash pcb with HCl or H2SO4 water solvent .
2) Brush the PCB with machine(300-500mesh) .If you do not have ,you could use brasive paper instead.
3) High press water cleaning ,then fresh water cleaning .
4) 80 degrees temperature to dry pcb for few seconds.
3. Screen printing
Screen printing:120T or 250-300 meshes net for printing.
4. Curing
High press uv lamp for curing:
80W/cm*3 lamps , energy request:1000-1200mJ
You could use the roll line for than and the speed of roll depends on the curing process and effect . The distance of lamps is about 8-10cm and lifetime of lamps is under 1000hours
